Basically, combining two things can give you results. Using the ABC exercises and principles you would think that by using either a reduced calorie or low carb diet you could get extremely cut while maintaining maximal muscle.

Using The ABC's you can burn quite a bit of calories while still maximizing strength and Hypertrophy. I realize that cutting calories wouldn't make someone as big as they could possibly be but it would burn fat rapidly combined with the ABC's this is similar to Charles Staley's EDT for fat loss. You basically manage your fatigue as much as you can so you can move as much wait as you can in a given time period. So moving more wieght or having more Clubbell® swings each workout while maintaining or reducing your caloric intake just slightly could lead to a huge change in body composition.
